The tour has been designed primarily for adult audiences. The minimum age to attend is 10 years old on the day of the tour.
The tour involves walking down and up a 180-step spiral staircase, equivalent to approximately 11 floors.
The experience covers sensitive themes, including first-hand wartime experiences, personal loss and potentially unsettling accounts of unexplained events.
The tour takes place in enclosed underground spaces and includes periods of darkness, a guide in character, and light and sound effects to enhance the storytelling.
This tour is not suitable for visitors with impaired mobility or claustrophobia.
Photo ID is mandatory for every guest taking part in the tour for security purposes.
Each ticket must be assigned to a named ticket holder.
Visitors must wear flat, sturdy, closed-toe shoes. Open-toed footwear is not permitted.
Large bags and luggage are not permitted, and there is no cloakroom available.
Food and drinks are not permitted, except for water.
Please wear suitable clothing for the underground environment.
