Tours are available daily except for match days, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
First entry into the stadium is 10:00am.
Last entry into the stadium is at 3:00pm.
The stadium will close at 4:00pm and museum will close at 5:00pm.

Please note:
Dressing rooms cannot be visited the day before a home match.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult and students must present a valid ID.
Audio guides are available in English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Dutch, German, French, Italian, Norwegian, Mandarin, Thai, Japanese, Indonesian, and Arabic.
All tours are subject to cancellation at short notice (on rare occasions less than 24 hrs notice). Under these circumstances Liverpool Football Club will try to offer alternative dates or if this is not feasible, a refund.
You must present your ticket at reception.
Once booked, the reservation is non-refundable.

If you are visiting the stadium during this time period, you will receive a voucher on the day which will allow you to visit the museum at a later date. The voucher will be valid for 12 months. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
