Customers must pick up their train and park tickets at the office in central Paris; Magic Ways, 18 rue Royale, 75008 PARIS. The office is open from 8.30am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, and from 8:30am to 2pm on weekends and bank holidays. The Disneyland Paris and train tickets must be collected the day before or the same day of the activity. An identity card is required.
Customers do not need to go anywhere to collect their shuttle bus tickets. This will be emailed to you. The entrance tickets to the park(s) will be given to you on the bus.
Please arrive at the shuttle departure point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
The shuttle bus is not wheelchair accessible.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 72 hours before the experience’s start time. If you cancel less than 72 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 72 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Disneyland Paris Express Shuttle
Hop aboard our official Disney branded shuttle bus and begin your experience before arriving at the park. This luxury bus will keep your spirits high as you make your way to the land where dreams come true.
Choose between four different pickup points across Central Paris and head straight to the park. Our morning departure times will ensure you arrive at the park at a good time, allowing you to spend a full day. Our return times are in the late evening, ensuring you make the most of your day! This option includes park entry tickets which will be handed to you on the shuttle bus.
Disneyland Paris Express Train
Have more flexibility with the express train as you get to choose your departure and return times. You will receive RER tickets, which are also available for the metro. Depart from your preferred station and make your own way to Disneyland at your own pace.
Customers will have to pick up park entry tickets and the train tickets from our office in Central Paris. Tickets must be collected one day before your booking date.
Round-trip to Disneyland Paris from City Center (Shuttle only)
If you already have your park tickets and are looking for transport only, then this is the option for you. Hop aboard our official Disney shuttle bus and enjoy the ride as you make your way towards Disneyland. With four departure points across Central Paris, travel with ease and spend a full day embracing the magic of Disney.
The bus will return to Central Paris in the evening, ensuring you make the most of your time.
