Customers do not need to go anywhere to collect their shuttle bus tickets. This will be emailed to you. The entrance tickets to the park(s) will be given to you on the bus.
Please arrive at the shuttle departure point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
The shuttle bus is not wheelchair accessible.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
If you go to a different meeting point than the selected one, we won’t be able to guarantee a seat on the shuttle.
A hostess wearing a Magic Ways red jacket will be present on board.
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 72 hours before the experience’s start time. If you cancel less than 72 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 72 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
