A 35 minute immersive, 360 degree sound and light experience discovering the life works of Van Gogh.
Take a look at Van Gogh’s bedroom and what inspired one of his most famous works.
Draw and sketch like Van Gogh and project your work onto the wall.
Read about the artist's life and discover more than you have before.
The VR Experience is not included in the ticket price. (£3.00 per person).

The experience will let you discover the life of the artist in a new way: his time at the convent and in Arles, the secrets from the letters he wrote to his brother and much more. You will participate in a unique sound and light show that will immerse you in the world renowned and familiar images of Vincent Van Gogh. No one will leave untouched. Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience is a 360 degree experience in the universe of one of the greatest geniuses of the last century.

‘Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience’ is a travelling exhibition intended for a wide audience including families and visitors of all ages. It is a beautiful exhibition around Van Gogh that combines his life story with an in-depth immersion into the heart of his art.

The immersive aspect provides an impressive pathway into the painter’s life and his work, while containing a large variety of didactic information.

This awe inspiring experience has thrilled visitors in Naples, Italy, Brussels, Belgium, and most recently at York St Mary’s with it’s UK premiere.

At the end of the exhibition, the VR Experience will take the visitors even deeper into the life of the artist in Arles. You will travel through 8 works and their sources of inspiration: Vincent’s room, the meadows, the forest, the village and ending with Starry Night over the Rhone River
