In case of inclement weather, the concert will not be cancelled.
Fireworks, flares or naked flames are not allowed. Candles are only permitted if they are covered or enclosed
Dogs are not allowed, except for guide dogs or assistance dogs.
Small personal umbrellas are allowed, however large parasols and golf sized umbrellas will not be permitted on site.
Private marquees and gazebos are not permitted.
All persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years and over). and no more than 4 under 16’s are to be in the care of one adult (aged 18 years and older).
Security staff reserve the right to search guests on entrance and refuse entry to those believed to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
Entry will be refused to anyone who declines having their person or belongings searched.
Children aged under five can attend for free. Children aged five and over should purchase a General Admission ticket.
You are not permitted to bring any food or alcoholic drink inside the fenced concert arena.

Back by popular demand, the iconic house music brand Café Mambo Ibiza will make a welcome return to Castle Howard, York on Friday 19th August 2022.
Following the success of the 2021 'Classics In The Park' show, which saw thousands of partygoers enjoying iconic sets from some of the best house music talent in the business, Café Mambo Ibiza is returning in 2022 with a star studded line-up of DJs spinning the biggest new tracks and iconic Club Classics to get the crowd on their feet.
This incredible open-air show will be one of the biggest and most spectacular Mambo events in the UK in 2022 - watch this space as announcements on the line-up will be coming soon!
But our first DJ to be announced is Armand Van Helden! Considered one of house music’s most revered figures, with a career spanning over three decades with classic hits including “You Don’t Know Me”, “I Want Your Soul” and “My, My, My” featuring Tara McDonald.

Set in the magnificent grounds of Castle Howard, our spectacular classical concert will be a night to remember for the whole family. Guest soloists Wynne Evans and Marisha Wallace will be joined on stage by the London Gala Orchestra conducted by Stephen Bell.
A highlight of the Yorkshire event calendar, the Castle Howard Proms brings you popular classics, songs from musicals and all your flag waving favourites from the Proms including Jerusalem, Rule Britannia and Pomp & Circumstance No.1. With a Spitfire flyover, stunning lasers and spectacular firework finale this will be a magical evening of musical entertainment.
